Matt Rea’s CFL draft selection helped

A change in the CFL’s residency rule led to the Saskatchewan Roughriders drafting fullback Matt Rea.

The Riders selected Rea in the fourth round (35th overall) out of Michigan State University during Tuesday’s CFL draft.
